Maggie is releasing her first book all about DIY producing. It's entitled Dear Future Producer, and written with Spiro Marcos of NikoFrank Productions. Creating, writing, and producing her own work has been an incredibly empowering experience for Maggie and she's over the moon to share what she's learned with future budding producers. This book will be the step by step guide you need to gain your own creative freedom. It's available on Kindle and in paperback on Amazon. 

What better time than to be starring as Karla Pressberger, one of the co-hosts of the virtual Miss Quarantine Pageant with fellow comedian David Ebert. The pageant, a comedic spoof, streams LIVE Saturday May 30th 9/8c. It was directed by Lauren Greenhall and can be viewed on the project's website. Miss Quarantine was featured in the NY Times Art Section here.  It was also featured on NY1 and in The Wall Street Journal. 

Maggie recently joined the cast of the Off Broadway show, Pips Island. The show plays in Times Square on 42nd Street and is the winner of the Best Family Show in New York. The NY Times says it "dazzles" so hopefully Maggie will, too. For tickets you can visit the website.

Maggie recently shot a fun comedic commercial for Tick Pick, an app to buy tickets to concerts and sports events with no hidden fees. A close friend used the app and said "there really are no hidden fees". So that's cool. Video in MEDIA. 

Have you ever met with sketch writers in the morning, picked one sketch by noon, leave to cast it, direct it, shoot it, and edit it in one day...and then present it at midnight at SKETCH CRAM UCB NY?? Maggie was honored to be asked by renown comedy school Upright Citizens Brigade to be a part of this crazy, fun night! She was thrilled to have DP Jordan Battiste along for the ride. 

It's always fun to be the voice of a new pharmaceutical drug! Especially when it's one that's helping women with uterine fibroids. Maggie recorded it a few weeks ago at FCB Health headquarters in New York.

Maggie has a new commercial coming out for Odor Eaters.  She's the voice of a female foot, and her parents have never been more proud. Look out for it :) 

Maggie was the co- executive producer of the women's film initiative, Ladies In Action. The final industry presentation took place at The Wythe Hotel screening room Monday, February 11th.  Ladies in Action celebrated women in film by presenting 4 short films all written by, directed by, and starring women. Maggie also wrote and starred in one of the pieces, BFF.

BFF- the comedic short film Maggie wrote, starred in & produced is now available on ROKU thanks to the NYWIFT (New York Women in Film & TV). BFF was shown on their website & included in their short film festival. Make sure you check out BFF streaming on Roku until February 27th! YAY!

Maggie was also nominated for Best Actor by the NYCIFF (NYC International Film Festival) her role in BFF. 

Maggie was so honored to win Best Female Filmmaker at The Katra Film Festival Grand Finale on January 30th. The program included Never Have I Ever, the comedic short film Maggie wrote, produced & starred in with NikoFrank Productions. The event took place at The Alamo Drafthouse in Brooklyn. Such an amazing night!

Happy New Year! To kick start 2019, Maggie's latest comedic short film BFF was an official selection at The Big Apple Film Festival & The NY International Film Festival. NYCIFF also nominated her for best actress:) BFF was also honored by the NY Women In Film & TV.

Her other comedic short she wrote & starred in, Never Have I Ever was chosen as a grand finalist at The Katra Film Festival screening January 30th at The Alamo Drafthouse in Brooklyn. 

Maggie reunited with the cast of GAY BRIDE OF FRANKENSTEIN at Rockwood Music Hall October 22nd for a reunion concert featuring original cast members & The Monster Makers. Gay Bride of Frankenstein was written by Billy Butler & the world premiere was at Seacoast Repertory Theatre in Portsmouth, NH. Maggie originated the role of Daphne. 

Maggie felt so lucky to executive produce, write & star in her short comedic film BFF about two best friends who are wayyyy to close. The film was a part of the female filmmaking initiative, Ladies In Action where each film is written by, directed by and starring a woman. Megan Macphee directed in association with NikoFrank Productions, Mighty Lucky Studio, & Very Nice Industries, LLC.

Maggie is so excited to be working alongside Broadway legend Victoria Clark on a short film called For Me & My Gal written by Jamie Buxton. It shoots in June as part of the Ladies In Action film making initiative for women. More details to come, but check out the Playbill article here.

Maggie appeared in the new comedic short produced by NikoFrank Productions playing the role of Beth in Tasting Notes, releasing January 4th, directed by Spiro Marcos.

Maggie booked a co-star for a new show on Netflix!  She can't give out too much info, but the show is releases in 2018. she's excited to get a Netflix show under her belt!

Maggie wrote & starred in an original comedic sketch also starring social media celebrity Manon Mathews called Never Have I Ever. The short produced with NikoFrank Productions was directed by Cory Stonebrook & shot by Jordan Battiste (OfficialPandaBandit). It will release on October 23rd, stay tuned:) 

Elevated Thinking, the comedic short that Maggie wrote & starred in is an official selection for the New York Short Film Festival & The Austin Comedy Short Festival. It will be screened Nov. 5th at Cinema Village in Greenwich Village & Nov. 15th at the Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Austin, TX. 

Maggie's latest original comedic short "Mary's The Best" is set to release this week! She wrote, starred in & produced it along side NikoFrank Productions.  She also teamed up with SeekaTv, a streaming platform for the independent filmmaker, that will feature her original sketches.

Maggie 's super excited she just booked a fun national voice over for Old Bay Seasoning! It will run for 8 weeks & will air Memorial Day Weekend. She recorded it at Sound Lounge via CD Andy Roth. Click REELS to hear it.

Maggie's pilot on TruTv will air as part of a series called Rachel Dratch's Late Night Snack.The series airs March 3rd at 11 pm, and her segment is The Screen Test. Produced by Carbine Productions, directed by Edmond Hawkins and hosted by comedian Rachel Dratch. 

Maggie just recorded a food shortage seed packing promo voice over for Willow Creek Community Church in IL. It will be available online and played at a live event! 

She also booked a voice over for a podcast by Random Transmitions (more details soon) & was on HOLD for a women's lifestyle promo voice over.

Maggie's excited to be playing the role of Krissy in an AEA 29 hour reading to be performed Monday, November 16th at 7 pm at Dancesport. She was also called back for an HBO Pilot starring James Franco. 

 Maggie is so excited to return to Atlantic City to host the Artist Simply Human 2015 Gala. The gala will take place at the Sheraton Convention Center July 2nd. ASH faculty includes many celebrity choreographers whose credits include SYTYCD etc, with Braham Logan Crane as the Artistic Director.

Maggie performed in a AEA 29 hour reading of Pump N Go, a New Musical by Corinne Aquilina, Robin McDonald, and Bruce Warren. She'll be playing the roles of Young Val/ Willow as part of the new play development series at Florida Studio Theatre.

Maggie is headed to Florida Studio Theatre Nov 3rd- Feb 1st to perform in Dancing in the Street in sunny Sarasota, FL. The Show is directed by Dennis Courtney.

She then heads to the beautiful and historic Springer Opera House the very next day to start rehearsals for ULLA in The Producers until March 14th in Columbus, Georgia. The show is directed by Paul Pierce.
